Jordan On Jordan

Being a coach, I obviously gravitated towards a sports oriented podcast. The sample that I listened to was "Michael Jordan -In His Own Words" which discussed his legacy, contributions, and place in basketball history. Jordan listed other contemporaries and past players who paved the way, and who will in the future, be known as "legends." Jordan makes the case that others will be superstars, but none will have the impact or history that HE brought to the NBA. There will NEVER be another Micheal Jordan...OR will there?

Wiki Wiki Boom

Everytime I hear or read the word, "WIKI"...I want to bust out into rap! Although it makes me want to dust off the ole turn-tables, this stuff does not get my tables-turning. I think some of these articles are full of crap. I think that is a huge disadvantage to young minds because they can't decipher the truth from the fiction.

RSS vs. PMS

WOW! After reading this material and our assigned reading for this week, I'm experiencing headaches, stomach pains, and mood swings! I don't know if I read about RSS or PMS... ha :)
I'm just kidding. Now this week, I did learn a good bit. I had no idea how to do any of this stuff before now. Coach Parsons ducking out! It's my nap time (3:30)...have a great weekend to all.

Clogging vs. Blogging

Well, I took clogging for 4 years and taught it for one year. If you don't know what clogging is: it is a faster, more "athletic," upgrade of tap dancing. Very cool! Got third place at the MS State Fair when I was eleven in the "Freestyle" category...now you know!

Now blogging, not so much a fan of- Love to text message, love to Instant Message, and love
e-mails....this, not so much. I just think there are easier, faster ways to find out information that you want to know about.

My explanation for the comparison of the two: SIMPLE - Clogging is the only word I could think of that rhymes with Blogging! There you have it ladies and gentleman...and good night!
